Sinopsis del libro

Simon Peters is 32 and is out of work. He comes to an Internet cafe that he calls his office and writes complaint letters to companies, supposedly to improve the world, but receives free products. Simulates at ATMs, goes to banks for calendars, eats out with his friends but cannot take anything from the menu. What matters is not what happens, but how he tells it.
